Order Tracking
When you place an order with your membership, you can log into your account and access information about your order from the My Account > Order History section, and if your order has been shipped, you can track your package. If you placed an order without becoming a member, you can click on the 'Order Tracking' section on our homepage to see the status of your order and track your package if it has been shipped.

Order and Shipping
After your purchase is completed, your order will be delivered to the shipping company you specified during the order process within 2-5 business days, according to the queue of orders.

On the day your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email and SMS. You can track the whereabouts of your package using your tracking number.

After your order is handed over to the shipping company, the delivery time of your package is 1-5 business days. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer in mobile regions. During official holidays and feast periods, deliveries will be made within the first business day since shipping companies do not operate.

During our promotional periods, the delivery time of your order may vary. We thank you for your keen interest in our products.

Exchange and Return
How can I exchange or return a product purchased online?
• You have 14 business days from the receipt of your order to exchange or return.

• You can visit our stores for exchanges or send them to us. You can send return and exchange products with Yurtiçi Cargo.

• Remember that the price tags of the products must be intact, and the products must not be used.

• Some products cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons; such as underwear, tights, and stockings, etc.

• Customized or altered products, as they are produced exclusively for you and cannot be resold, cannot be exchanged or returned.

• Products purchased with a Gift Card can only be exchanged with other products, no returns accepted.

Exchange at Our Stores
• You can visit any of our stores with the digital purchase receipt and process the exchange.

• Returns cannot be made at our stores.

Online Exchange and Return
• If you are unsure about the size of the product you want to exchange, you can refer to the size chart on our website or contact us.

• You can send the products with Yurtiçi Cargo.

• When exchanging or returning a product, make sure to specify it in the return/exchange form that came with your order.

How Can I Track the Return or Exchange Process?
• It may take a few days for your return to reach our warehouses. In the case of product exchanges, you will receive an email or SMS notification once the requested new product is shipped.

• In the case of product returns, after the returned product is inspected, the refund will be processed within 1-10 business days to the card you used for the transaction.

• If the deadline for the return has passed and you have not yet received your refund, contact our Customer Service team. If you paid by bank transfer, remember that we will need your bank details.



Order Cancellation:
Order cancellation can be done if the order is in 'created' or 'processing' status. If you wish to cancel your order, you can reach us at 0850 308 05 23 or via our email address [email protected] to get assistance.
